GOSHEN, Ind. - The Goshen tennis teams ended their season with home matches against Bethel on Saturday. The men lost 5-2, and the women fell 7-0. These matches were separate from the U.S. Highway 20 Cup, as those matches already took place during the fall season.

Kevin Bollmann won in #4 singles, and Insee Akarapan got the job done in #6 singles for the men. Matija Margetic and Mario Gomez won in #3 doubles, but the Pilots took the team point by winning in #1 and #2 doubles. Gomez had two tight sets in #4 singles, losing 6-4 both times.

Szofia Kallai forced a tiebreaker in #2 singles for the women but lost 10-1. The Pilots won all three doubles matches, each by a 6-1 score.

The women end the season with a 4-10 overall record and a 2-7 record in conference, and they had four wins over the previous four seasons combined. The men finish 7-7 with a 5-4 Crossroads League record. The seven wins are the most they have had in a season since 2019-2020.
