ST. JOSEPH, Mich. - The Goshen women's tennis team played two matches at the South Shore Racquet Club in St. Joseph, Michigan on Friday night. They lost to conference foe Spring Arbor 5-2 before taking down Saint Mary's College 4-3.

Against Saint Mary's, Goshen won from #1 singles down through #4 singles with wins from Sude Aytekin, Szofia Kallai, Blanka Bodo and Carmen Aliaga. Bodo and Aytekin also won their singles contests against  Spring Arbor. Aytekin is third on the team with six singles wins this season and Bodo leads the team with 12. She has won 80% of her singles matches this season with a 12-3 record.

With their win in #1 doubles against the Belles, Bodo and Kallai both have an 8-7 record in doubles this season.

The next match is for the men's side only, when they compete at Prairie State College on Saturday, March 16, at 2:00 pm. The women next compete at Northwood University on Friday, March 22, at 11:00 am.
