AT GOSHEN:
2020: Competed in four meets, two runs and two walks, as a senior ... All-American in 3,000 race walk with a fourth-place finish in a career-best 15:02.96 ... finished fourth in the nation ... qualified with a 15:42.0 on home track 2/8 ... also ran the conventional 3000 twice and the 4x800 once ... outdoor season canceled due to pandemic.
2019: Posted second consecutive All-American finish with fourth-place result in 3,000-meter race walk ... qualified on 1/25 when she took second place with 16:34.55 at Findlay ... set career best in open 3000 with 11:48.72 at conference meet 2/9 ... outdoors, also set personal bests in 5000 (3/23 at Indiana Wesleyan) and 1500 (4/6 at Taylor) ... finished eighth in 5000 walk at outdoor nationals to earn first outdoor All-American honor.
2018: All-American in indoor track and field (3,000 race walk) ... National qualifier in indoor track and field (3,000 race walk) and outdoor track and field (5,000 race walk) ... Maple Leaf Female Athlete of the Year finalist ... Goshen News Maple Leaf Athlete of the Week (March 5) ... took second in 3000 walk at Findlay on 1/26 in a time of 17:00.64 ... posted career-best time of 15:54.01 to finish eighth at nationals in that event ... recorded ninth-place finish in 28:58.67 at outdoor nationals.
2017: Appeared in seven meets as a freshman ... debuted at IWU Midwest Classic 2/4, posting a 12:46.57 in 3000-meter run ... qualified for nationals in 3000 race walk ... finished 10th in national 5000 race walk ... best individual finish in a running event was 11th in 5000 at Marian 4/7.

Ran for coach David Dowling at Greely High School ... two-time state champion in the 1600m race walk, finishing sixth or better in that event all four years ... 19th in 1-mile race walk at NBN nationals ... two-time first-team all-conference selection and one-time second-team pick ... honorable-mention all-state twice ... team finished in top three at six state meets ... four-year honor roll student ... National Honor Society and National Latin Honor Society member ... graduated in top 20 percent of class ... received IB diploma ... also participated in drama, both on and off stage ... served as vice president of Greely Junior Classical League.

PERSONAL:
Born on August 7 ... parents are Celeste and Tom Emery ... has three siblings: Jacob (26), Isaak (22) and Marinna (9) ... chose Goshen because "its NAIA status allowed me to continue with race walk, and I was interested in the Study-Service Term" ... best athletic moment was "getting the opportunity to compete at New Balance Outdoor Nationals my senior year, because being able to compete alongside some of the best in the the nation was such an incredible experience."
