Played for coach Daniel Love at Goshen High School … team MVP … all-conference honorable mention.

Born on August 13 … parents are Brent and Jennifer Beck and Launa and Frank Leftwich … brother to Evan (22) and Logan (9) … chose Goshen because “the combination of a strong science program, a Mennonite perspective and financial affordability sealed the deal for me” … admires his brother Evan “for his unique talent of compensating for his lack of athletic genes with a mixture of unyielding intensity, commitment to success and ice-cold veins” … little-known personal fact is “I pronounce ‘bull’ and ‘bowl’ the same way.”
