2020: Ran in four indoor meets at distances of 800 meters and above ... helped the Maple Leafs to fourth- and ninth-place finishes in two appearances in the 4x800-meter relay ... best individual finish was seventh in the 3000 at Hillsdale 2/8 ... set a collegiate-best time in the 800 in the same event ... outdoor season canceled (pandemic).
HIGH SCHOOL:
Ran for coach Bill Theisen at Bluffton High School … state qualifier in 2019 … class salutatorian … also played soccer.
PERSONAL:
Born on February 7… parents are Joel and Teri Steinmetz … has three siblings: Jill (23), Tate (11) and Carter (8) … chose Goshen because “I love the community at Goshen and feel like it is where I am meant to be.”
