Goshen College

Women's basketball was the first women's sport at Goshen College, starting competition nearly a decade before Title IX. Under the early guidance of head coach Ruth Gunden, whom the gym is now named after, the Leafs put together a 123-54 record in her 15 years at the helm. In the first five seasons the team had a 35-5 record. More recently in 2016, Goshen made it to the NAIA National Semifinals under head coach Stephanie Miller.
