1991 marked the first year of women's soccer at GC and their first winning record came in 1997 with a 13-7-1 mark. Not counting the shortened 2020 season due to COVID-19, the women's soccer team has won at least four games in 29 of the 34 seasons. Four players have been selected as First-Team All-Conference at least twice - Megan Crofoot (1996, 1997), Bess Briggs (1997, 1998), Greta Kauffman (2001, 2002) and Tera Franklin (2002, 2003). Current head coach Justin Crew is the third-winningest coach in program history.
