FRIDAY, AUGUST 18 | Men’s & Women’s Tennis
The schedule is the same for student-athletes arriving on August 4, August 11, and August 18.
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. — Athletic Department Early Arrivals | Welcome Center
All student-athletes will verify financial aid, confirm payment for the fall semester, turn in their confidential health form, confirm all athletic department forms have been received, and pick up a room key. New students will also pick up their ID card (if they uploaded their picture ahead of time) or have it made, and returning students will have their cards checked.
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. — Move-In to temporary housing | Miller Hall
After you’ve checked in and received your key, head over to Miller Hall to move into your temporary housing.
1 – 1:30 p.m. — Parent Meeting | Connector (1st floor)
Parents and family members are invited to meet the Athletic Director and other staff for a brief welcome.
2 – 5 p.m. — Athletics Meeting | Umble Center
Required meeting for all members of the teams (coaches, students, managers, etc.) arriving on this day.
Meals: all fall student-athletes have breakfast at the RFC starting August 5 – 20. Lunch and Dinner will be at the dining hall or as the coach directs. All fall student-athletes have meals provided until meal plans start on August 20. Beginning August 20, Orientation and Athletics will cover meals for commuter fall student-athletes through Sunday, August 27.
