Homeschooled … competed for coach Ron Pollard Sr. … 2018 TMT Sunday Sweeper Champion … five-time Colerain HS Sweeper Winner … 2021 men’s bowling JV singles champion … five-time Junior Gold qualifier … 5th in 2023 Indiana Pepsi State singles U18 Division … also participated in 4-H, piano and music studies
PERSONAL:
Parents are Darryl and Julia Bressert … chose Goshen because “the opportunity to be part of Team One for this school’s bowling program is a chance I could not turn down. Especially after touring and seeing the atmosphere around the campus and in the community. I believe Goshen is going to make a great home for the next four years” … most admires his grandfather “for introducing me to the sport of bowling and teaching me many things throughout my life. I would not be where I am if I hadn't gone bowling that first time back when I was just four years old” … little-known personal fact is “I have sang in the same choir for over ten years” … best athletic moment was “winning the 2018 Sunday Night Sweeper in Colerain Bowl. That entire night I was dialed in and just could not miss a single throw. I qualified second to make the advancers rounds and had a dominating performance leading two of the four rounds and being the leader going into match play. I would win my first match 267 to 258 and win the finals 164 to 145. The finals were a major drop in score, but even with fatigue setting in I would still manage to beat out a bowler who I ran neck-and-neck with the entire night”
