AT GOSHEN:
2020: Ran in four meets on the track, doing the 3000 three times and the 4x800 relay and mile twice each ... set personal bests in each of the individual events, finishing eighth in the 3000 at Hillsdale 2/8 ... his faster time in that event was 9:26.69 at the conference meet 2/15 ... came in 13th in the mile in 4:44.03 at Hillsdale ... outdoor season canceled (pandemic).
2019: Did not run.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Ran at Elkhart Central High School ... on the academic honor roll.
PERSONAL:
Born on June 19 ... parents are Wendell and Laura Wiebe-Powell ... siblings are Jordan (28) and Micah (25) ... chose Goshen because “It's a really friendly environment and it has great professors” ... admires his brothers because “they are my best friends” ... little-known personal fact is “I love to run” ... best athletic moment was “when I ran 26.2 miles in under 4 hours.”
