AT GOSHEN:
2020: Did not run.
2019: Ran in two indoor meets, completing 3000 meters at Indiana Wesleyan 2/2 and 5000 at conference championship a week later ... in four outdoor meets, started with 5000 on 3/23 at Indiana Wesleyan before running 800 and 1500 in each of final three events ... best times of 2:11.08 and 4:29.09 respectively came 4/6 at Taylor.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Played for coach Kenneth Kibet at St. Patrick’s High School … all-area scholar-athlete … won Best All-Area Athlete … also participated in soccer and hockey.

PERSONAL:
Born on June 6 … son of Edwin Kiprono Kiprotich … brother to Festus Kosgei … chose Goshen because “Goshen has a great community to live and grow in, the nursing and athletic programs are some of the best, and the religious affiliation provides an environment to grow spiritually” … admires Mebrahtom Keflezghi because “he’s a world-class athlete and a professional who’s gone above the limits to be a very resourceful person to his community and everyone around him. I’m inspired by his tremendous efforts and contribution to the world through hardwork, resilience and endurance.” … little-known personal fact is “I believe in God, hard work, endurance, friends and family” … best athletic moment is “training with my teammates and racing and winning for the team I love and live for.”
