Goshen College

Jacob GunderKline is in his first season on the Maple Leaf coaching staff after an impressive four-year career at Goshen College.

A 2013 Interdisciplinary Studies major (focusing on American Sign Language, Peace, Justice, and Conflict Studies, and Physical Education), GunderKline is one of just two Maple Leafs to qualify for eight NAIA National Championships (four indoor and four outdoor).  He earned All American status in each of the last five of those appearances and holds the program record for both the 3,000 and 5,0000 meter race walk.

GunderKline was also a four-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete.  He spent this fall as an assistant coach for the soccer team at Yellow Springs High School in Ohio.
