Goshen College

Lemmon began serving as the Faculty Athletic Representative for the 2023-24 school year. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007 with a degree in Exceptional Needs Education. She began employment that year as the Mild Disabilities teacher at Model Elementary in Goshen, Indiana, where she was employed for eight years. Brooke received her Master of Education from Ball State University in 2011 and her Ph.D. from Ball State University in 2022. She is married and has three children.
