Goshen College

Gustavo Ramirez begins his eigth season as technical and tactical adviser for the Goshen College men's soccer program in 2011. Ramirez comes to Goshen with a wealth of soccer playing and coaching experience, led by his incredible play on Colombia, South America's DePortivo Quindio club team. Ramirez was also a four-time member of the Elkhart Soccer Club team that won over 30 Indiana State Championships, including four with Ramirez on the squad from 1996-2000.

Ramirez will focus primarily on players' technical and tactical skills but will also oversee player development. Ramirez spent the last 15 years as an assistant boys' soccer coach at Goshen High School. He is married to his wife, Judy. The couple resides in Goshen with their two children, Kyle (15) and Kate (11).
