AT GOSHEN:
2020:
Led the team with a .361 batting average as a senior in a pandemic-shortened season ... team-high 22 hits in 61 at bats ... 2 homers and 1 triple were team highs and 4 doubles was second on the team ... also drove in 8 runs and slugged .557 with 9 walks ... one of three players to start all 18 games ... opened the season with an 8-game hitting streak after hitting in 15 straight to end 2019 ... after that was snapped, went 7-for-13 over his next four games ... had five multi-hit games out of the last nine in his career ... in one of the remaining four games he was 0 for 1 but walked three times and scored twice ... never struck out more than once in a game ... perfect in 36 chances in the outfield as well.
2019: Second on the team with a .343 batting average as a junior ... started all but four of the team's games and came off the bench in one of those four ... opened the year with a 4-game hitting streak before adding a pair of 5-gamers later on ... finished the season on a 15-game hitting streak ... posted three 3-hit games, last one coming 4/3 at Purdue Fort Wayne ... roped 13 doubles, second-most on team, with 2 coming 3/9 vs. Saint Francis ... also second on the team with 4 home runs, including going yard in both games of 3/11 doubleheader at Trinity Christian ... drove in season-high 3 runs twice ... also walked in 4 straight games 4/22 to 4/26. 2018: Started every game as a sophomore ... led the team with 187 at bats, 67 hits, 31 extra-base hits, 22 doubles, 4 triples and 5 homers ... registered 3 multi-hit games in the month of February, starting with a 3 for 4 game and a homer 2/18 vs. Grace ... doubled twice, walked twice and scored three times 2/25 at Reinhardt ... doubled and homered in a 3-hit game 3/17 vs. Spring Arbor, then scored 3 times in game two of the doubleheader ... that three-game series started a 10-game hitting streak with five multi-hit games ... went 3 for 5 with a double and a homer 3/26 at Saint Francis ... added a 9-game hitting streak from 3/30 to 4/12 ... drove in four with a triple and a homer in 5/1 rout of Rochester ... season-high in runs was 4 on 3/18 at Bluffton ... drew 2 walks in a game twice. 2017: Made 18 starts and 18 appearances off the bench as a freshman ... used his first career hit, 2/22 at Trinity Christian, to start a 3-game hitting streak ... first career multi-hit game was in the same streak, 2/26 vs. Cleary ... later had a 5-game hitting streak from 4/11 to 4/19 ... doubled 2/25 vs. Reinhardt and 4/17 vs. Lourdes ... walked twice 4/4 vs. Siena Heights.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Played for coach Todd Moyer at Boyertown High School ... honorable-mention, second-team and first-team all-conference pick as a sophomore, junior and senior respectively ... conference player of the year runner-up and tri-county player of the year ... team MVP ... won conference and state championships ... also played basketball where he was first-team all-conference ... four-year high honor roll student and National Honor Society member.

PERSONAL:
Born on January 21 ... parents are Jim and Ann Longacre ... has two siblings, Sam (16) and Zoe (13) ... chose Goshen because "it is a school with great people and gives me the opportunity to grow my Mennonite faith" ... best athletic moment was "winning the PIAA state title."
