Played for coach Brodie Garber at Fairfield High School ... all-conference selection, winner of team pitching award and Most Improved Player ... also played basketball where he was all-conference and all-area honorable mention ... four-year honor roll student and Scholar-Athlete.

PERSONAL:
Born on June 11 ... parents are Jack and Amy ... has three siblings, Jesse (20), Grace (19) and Laura (14)  ... chose Goshen because "it was close to home and an opportunity to play baseball at a great academic school" ... admires his parents and grandparents ... best athletic moment was "playing a basketball game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, home of the Indiana Pacers, my senior year."
