Biography

AT GOSHEN:
2013: Made 12 starts and appeared in 24 games as a junior... had six hits and knocked in a pair
2012: Appeared in a career high 48 games, making 36 starts… had 15 hits in 99 at bats (.152) and scored 17 runs… started the season by hitting safely in six of his first 10 games… hit a walk-off RBI single against Mount Vernon Nazarene on 4/12 in one of two multi-hit games during the year.
2011: Made five starts and appeared in 24 games as a freshman... scored seven runs and knocked in a pair.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Played for coach Tom Lovell at Cascade High School... was named honorable mention all conference... team reached state tournament... also competed in wrestling... also picked all conference in wrestling... was the class valedictorian.

PERSONAL:
Parents are Roger and Kendra Schlabach... has two siblings, Kathryn (22- former Maple Leaf softball player) and Caleb (17)... admires his dad because "without him, I wouldn 't be the person that I am today"... little known fact is "I have a genetic disorder called amelogenisis imperfecta "... chose Goshen because "after visiting some other schools, I felt that Goshen had a great community within the school. I just felt that it was the place for me."
