Played for coach Chad Gerard at Bremen High School ... four-year letterman, two-year captain, two-time batting champion, team MVP and USMC Distinguished Male Athlete … also participated in basketball, FFA and Deca.

PERSONAL:
Born on April 11 ... parents are Jon and Heidi Willis ... brother to Gretchen (16) and Nicole (21) ... chose Goshen because “It was close to home, I enjoyed the scenery as well as the college as a whole. I liked the coaching staff as well as the players at Goshen and saw it as the best fit for me.” ... admires his father because “he’s shown me that hard work pays off and has set a good precedent on how to be a man and be a great father and husband.”
