AT GOSHEN:
2019: Ran in two meets as a freshman ... debuted 9/7 at Knight Invitational where he ran a 31:57.3 ... also took sixth on the team and 200th overall 10/11 at Bethel in 32:28.4.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Ran for coaches Moses Castillo and Tanner Wall at Fremont High School … three-time regional qualifier as an individual and once as a team … named all-conference and team MVP in 2017 … four-year honor roll student … graduated with academic and technical honors.

PERSONAL:
Born on April 17 … parents are Jamie and Moses Castillo … has a sister, Stella (13) … chose Goshen because “I loved the atmosphere of the college and the teammates that I had met and coach Nyce were some of the most inviting people and made me feel at home for the couple of visits I had taken to the college, also the college is very good in academics which is very important to me.”
