HIGH SCHOOL: played for coach Bo O'Dell at Northridge High School ... team captain ... won back-to-back conference, sectional and regional championships ... 2012 semi-state runner-up ... also played volleyball ... on the honor roll all four years.

PERSONAL: Parents are Mark and Dawn Maes ... has one sibling, Brock ... chose Goshen because "it is close to home and gave me the opportunity to focus on academics as well as athletics, also I liked that the small school size gave students the opportunity to form great relationships with professors."
