Born on June 25 … parents are Lorena and Juan Gutierrez … has two siblings, Osvaldo and Adrián … chose Goshen because “of the atmosphere and the positive energy surrounding the school. I was also interested in Goshen’s nursing program to achieve my dream of becoming a doctor" … most admires her mom because “she is the definition of 'If I want it I’m going to get it.' In other words, she is a hard worker and strives to accomplish her dreams and desires. Without her motivation, I don’t know where I would be, and I couldn’t thank her enough for pushing me and molding me into the person I am today" … little-known personal fact is “I like trying new foods no matter how unappetizing it looks” … best athletic moment was “leading my team into the playoffs in Colorado”
