2020: Made 13 appearances and 11 starts overall, including 1 start and 2 relief appearances in the circle, in a pandemic-shortened season ... drew three walks and stole a base ... hurled 7 innings and allowed 10 hits and 3 runs ... debuted 1/31 vs. Cleary ... scored first run in next game 1/31 vs. Roosevelt and second run 2/1 vs. Michigan-Dearborn ... drew a walk in both of those games ... got first pitching start 2/28 vs. Langston ... recorded first strikeout the next day vs. Oklahoma Wesleyan.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Played for coach Brian Glover at Allendale High School … honorable-mention all-state as a senior … three-time all-conference and all-district pick … two-time golden glove award winner … voted team MVP twice … also played basketball where she was honorable-mention all-area and won most improved player … four-year Scholar Athlete Award winner.

PERSONAL:
Born on July 12 … parents are Ronald and Tammi Groeneveld … sister to Kalie (32), Cody (30), Jared (27) and Jesse (23) … chose Goshen “because I loved the atmosphere when I was on campus as well as the softball team and coach” … admires her father because “he always is doing whatever he can to make sure we have everything we need and always gives the best advice … little-known personal fact is “the things I enjoy the most about life are the simple things” … best athletic moment was breaking a car’s windshield with a home run.
