HIGH SCHOOL: played for coach Cassi McCormack at Goshen High School ... four-year Kiwanis Scholar-Athlete ... 2014 team MVP and all-Northern Lakes Conference selection ... 2012 and 2013 honorable mention all-conference ... 2012 team offensive MVP ... conference and sectional champion in 2011 ... also played basketball and was active in National Honor Society and mentoring ... on high honor roll all four years.

PERSONAL: Born on December 25 ... parents are John and Kim Caouette ... has two siblings, Noah (15) and Preslee (7) ... chose Goshen because "growing up in Goshen, I already knew the community; after visiting Goshen and getting to know the girls on the softball team I knew that they were the kind of people I wanted to be around. There is a very positive and community feeling here at Goshen" ... best athletic moment came in her first high school varsity game as a freshman when "my coach put me in the outfield, the catcher got injured and nobody else knew how to catch, so I ended up having to go in and catch our senior pitcher. I was terrified but did well and ended up playing in most of the varsity games that season."
