GOSHEN, Ind. — The Goshen College athletic department and head women's volleyball coach Kourtney Crawford announced the addition of a pair of incoming athletes, Emily Lynch and Madison Beaver, on Tuesday, marking the beginning of the Class of 2025 at GC.

Plainfield High School (Ind.)
Lynch was a member of the Under Armour All-American Watch List in 2020-21. At Plainfield High School near Indianapolis, she helped the Quakers to a 22-9 record during her senior season, racking up 155 kills and 82 blocks. The four-year varsity player hit .159 with 365 winners and 263 blocks in her career.
"I chose Goshen because it's the place I see myself transitioning from a child to the adult I want to be," Lynch said. "Coaches Crawford and Ford were the cherry on top."
Lynch plans to study business and sign language interpreting at GC.

Triton Central High School
Beaver set the all-time kills record for the Tigers of Triton Central High School in southeastern Indiana, helping her team to the 2020 Shelby County tournament title and an IHSAA class 2A regional runner-up appearance. She finished with 624 career winners, hitting .289 as a senior, and 120 blocks to go with 451 aces.
Beaver plans to study social work when she comes to campus.
