GOSHEN, Ind. - The women's soccer team played to a scoreless tie with an undefeated Lourdes squad in Goshen on Saturday. Goshen is now 3-3-1, and Lourdes is 2-0-3.
Goalkeeper
Victoria Naylor had six saves for Goshen. The Gray Wolves took 15 shots, with six on target. Goshen had nine shots, but
Brynja Hjartardottir took the only shot in the frame. She had three total shots, as well as
Amy Drew.
Anne Nisley,
Lexy Adamczyk, and
Alexsandra Fernandes each had one.
Goshen won in a low-scoring game last season, 1-0.
The Maple Leafs are at Indiana Tech on Tuesday, September 20, at 7:00 pm. Then they are back home to take on Indiana Wesleyan on Saturday, September 24, at 7:00 pm. That will be the start of Crossroads League play for the Leafs.
