GOSHEN, Ind. — Saiveon Williams, a senior on the men's basketball team, has been named the Everence Student-Athlete of the Week for February 16 - February 22!

Williams averaged 8.5 rebounds, 4.0 blocks and 1.0 steal per game this week. In Goshen's two-point loss at #2 Grace, Williams had five blocks in the second half alone as the Leafs nearly overcame a 13-point deficit. He also averaged 13.0 points per game.

His 15 points on Wednesday against Mount Vernon Nazarene was a career-high, and he tied a career-best during that game with three made three-pointers. Against Grace, he finished with 11 points, nine rebounds, three assists, five blocks and two steals. He was 4-6 from the field including 2-2 from deep.
