GOSHEN, Ind. - A day after sweeping Rochester Christian, Goshen lost to #9 Lawrence Tech in three sets. The Blue Devils won 25-12, 25-12, 25-18.

Lawrence Tech had a hitting percentage of .500 for the match. With an 11-9 lead in the first set, the Blue Devils went on an 8-0 run to go up 19-9 before eventually winning by 13. They ended the second set on a 7-1 run. Down ten at 22-12 in the third, Goshen scored six of the next eight points but LTU still prevailed 25-18.

Lawrence Tech led in blocks 11-2 and aces 9-2. Ben Koop and Gavin Furgerson each had ten kills for Goshen. This was the first match where Furgerson has had at least ten kills and a hitting percentage over .100. Nash Hubick totaled 25 assists and Koop and Andrea Biffi had four digs each. Mathis Doladiile had a solo block and a block assist and Koop and Alessandro Olgiati each had an ace.
