GOSHEN, Ind. - The 2025-26 Academic All-District® basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, was announced on Tuesday, and Goshen had four student-athletes make the team. Ava Egolf, Deecon Hill, Kenny May and Juraj Minarovjech earned the recognition.

The awards recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in their sports and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes basketball honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

From the Crossroads League, there were 16 women and 14 men that made the teams.

The Academic All-America® award is the longest-running and most prestigious academic and athletic award for student-athletes, being given out yearly since 1952. The Academic All-District® award is given to student-athletes with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average that are sophomores athletically and academically. Individuals must have been nominated by their Sports Information Department and meet specific performance mininums for their sport. For basketball, they must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.
