Trevor Commissaris returns to his alma mater for his second season as an assistant coach in 2019-20.

Commissaris donned the Maple Leaf uniform for four seasons from 2012-16, becoming the first GC forward in more than 15 years to play in every game for four straight seasons. He graduated with the most blocks in program history (126) and went on to play professionally with Polisportiva Alfa Catania in Italy during the 2016-17 campaign.

Trevor is a native of Traverse City, Michigan, and a 2012 graduate of Traverse City West Senior High School. He started his coaching career in Traverse City as well, working with the Traverse City Central High School program in 2017-18.

Commissaris lives in Goshen, where he also works as a paraprofessional.
