AT GOSHEN COLLEGE:
2012-13: Was one of four Maple Leafs to appear in all 29 games, starting 28 times... led the team in scoring at 16.1 points per game... was 11th in the Crossroads League in scoring... named to the All CL Newcomer Team... was also second on the GC roster with 5.1 rebounds per contest... scored in double figures 22 times, including nine times with 20 or more points... scored 20+ in five straight during a stretch in December, including a career best 28 against IU East on 12/18... posted four double doubles, including three with 20+ points and 10+ rebounds... also led the Maple Leafs with 26 blocked shots.
HIGH SCHOOL/ JUNIOR COLLEGE:
Played for coach Chad Johnston at Washington HS... after high school played basketball at Owens Community College.. an All-State nominee in high school, received All-Conference Second Team in 09-10, and received Honorable Mention 08-09... also on the Honor Roll from 07-10... while playing at Owens he was All OCCAC Honorable Mention, and received Most Improved Player.
PERSONAL:
Parents are Jerry and Valerie Jamerson...sister Jerra Jamerson … Jerron chose Goshen College for it's academic excellence, tradition, and he loves the campus ... he admires both his parents because all of his life they have set a positive example for him and his sister, and supported them in anything they did … his best athletic moment was winning the Sectional title his senior year.
