HIGH SCHOOL:
Played for Coach Dave Fett at Bluffton High School... was part of 2009 district championship team, the first Bluffton team to reach the regionals since 1992... was named First Team All District as a senior... team captain... won the 110% award as senior... also participated in track and baseball... All Ohio in track in 2012... received Coaches Award... baseball team won section title in 2010 and Northwest Conference Championship in 2012... on the honor roll... also involved in chamber choir, FMC Youth Group, and was Suit Day co-founder.

PERSONAL:
Born on October 16… parents are Amy Steingass and Bruce Steingass… chose Goshen because "It gave me an opportunity to be with close friends and play a college sport with them. Enjoyed the visits I went on and liked the friendly atmosphere"… admires Rudi Kauffman because "Is a great professor and a great guy. Taught me a lot of new ways to look at life"… little known fact is "I've never broken a bone."
