Cedric Ridle Jr. started his first year as an Assistant Coach and the Recruiting Coordinator at Goshen in the 2021-22 season. Originally from Gary, Indiana, he attended Lincoln University in Missouri where he earned his BS in Journalism. He played football for two years at Saint Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana - helping the team win the GLVC football conference in 2009. Ridle then transferred to Lincoln University in Missouri to play basketball for three years, earning All-MIAA Honorable Mention (2011-12), All-MIAA 2nd Team (2012-13), and MIAA Conference Leading Scorer (2012-13). He coached AAU basketball for the Baylor Youth Foundation for five years in Northwest Indiana and helped produce 15 Division-I athletes. Ridle coached high school girls varsity basketball as an assistant coach at Roosevelt College & Career Academy and high school boys basketball as a head JV and assistant varsity coach at Merrillville High School. He has also played overseas for five years in the Iraqi Superleague in Iraq. Ridle has played in Dubai, Lebanon, and Iraq and won numerous awards while overseas:

Regular Season MVP (2015-16), Guard of the Year (2015-16) (2018-19), Import Player of the Year (2015-16), All-Iraqi League First Team (2015-16) (2016-17), All-Iraqi League Second Team (2018-19), and All-Iraqi League All-Imports Team (2015-16) (2016-17) (2018-19).
