Brayton Yoder enters his first season as a manager for the Goshen College women's volleyball team in its semicentennial year of 2020.

Yoder played his first season of men's volleyball in the spring of 2020, playing 46 sets in 17 matches. He ranked second on the team with a .944 service reception efficiency and recorded seven matches with 5 or more digs.

A graduate of NorthWood High School in nearby Nappanee, Yoder played football and track for the Panthers, qualifying for state in each sport and winning team MVP and team captain honors once each. He graduated with academic honors and was a National Honor Society member.

PERSONAL:
Born on September 4 ... parent is Kelly Hattery ... brother to Ashley (23), Wesley (14), Isaiah (14), Elayna (13) and Abram (11) ... chose Goshen “because of their 98-percent acceptance rate into medical school” ... admires his grandmother “because she was the biggest example of courage, love, and strength during her 6 year battle with stage 4 colorectal cancer” ... best athletic moment was competing at the state level in high school.
