Biography

AT GOSHEN:

2012: Appeared in 61 sets as a first-year defensive specialist for the Maple Leafs... tallied 74 digs, seven assists, and two service aces... had a career high 13 digs in a vital road Crossroads League five-set win at Spring Arbor on 9/12.

HIGH SCHOOL:

Played for Coach Randy Tiller and graduated from Maine Township High School West... named a Central Suburban League and IHSA Scholar-Athlete in 2011-12... her 2010 team won the Sportsmanship Award from the CSL... received the J. Kyle Braid Leadership Scholarship... was on the High Honor Roll throughout high school and is a member of the National Art Honor Society.

PERSONAL:

Born on May 14… parents are Deanne and Steve Riportella… siblings are Kassidy and Jake … chose Goshen because "I really liked what the school had to offer me as a student and as an athelete, and because it sort of felt like a second home to me: everyone was very warm and welcoming."
