MARION, Ind. - #4 Indiana Wesleyan outscored Goshen 24-6 in the second quarter en route to an 86-53 win for the Wildcats.
Zion Neat was Goshen's leading scorer with 16 points.
The Wildcats scored 50 points over the first two quarters and were up by 28 at the half. The Leafs were 1-10 from the field in the second quarter after starting 7-15. IWU had 13 more rebounds than GC and they had the lead for over 92% of the contest.
Goshen forced 20 turnovers, which tied a season-high for the Wildcats and their most against a Crossroads League opponent.
Zoe Zellers had seven points, seven rebounds, two assists and four steals. She was 2-3 from the field and 3-3 at the line with just one turnover. Neat had 16 points and six rebounds. She was 3-6 from three.
Kiana Oelling had nine points but six turnovers to go with it.
Montasia McAllister had five points and five rebounds.
Goshen hosts Huntington on Saturday, February 24, at 1:00 pm for Senior Day. The seniors will be recognized with an on-court ceremony immediately following the women's game.
